CAMERA COURT is a party game designed for in-person group play that uses your device's cameras to capture reaction photos during gameplay.

By downloading and using CAMERA COURT, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CAMERA COURT offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, including:

• Full app access unlock (one-time purchase)
• Additional charge packs (individual purchases at $1.99 each)

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store any payment card information, billing addresses, or financial data. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles your payment information.

Purchase records are synced with your Apple ID to enable purchase restoration across devices. This is managed by Apple's infrastructure, not by CAMERA COURT.

CAMERA COURT does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• User accounts or login credentials (no account system exists)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Contact lists or social connections
• Microphone audio (game uses cameras only)
• Any data from your photos or camera roll outside the App

CAMERA COURT does not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The App does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

The only third-party service used is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchase processing, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

CAMERA COURT is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with any information, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and address the issue.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App and ensure appropriate gameplay content and consent from all participants.

All photos and data generated by CAMERA COURT are stored locally on your device using standard iOS security mechanisms. Your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) protect your data.

Because we do not transmit or store your data on external servers, there is no risk of server breaches or unauthorized remote access to your gameplay photos.

You have complete control over your CAMERA COURT data:

• Manage camera permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• Delete individual postcards from the in-app Gallery
• Delete the entire App to remove all local data permanently
• Choose whether to share postcards externally
• Restore in-app purchases through Apple's restoration mechanism

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete ownership and control.

CAMERA COURT is designed for consensual, in-person group play. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before capturing their photos
• You should only play with people who agree to be photographed
• You are responsible for any content you share externally
• You will use the App respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes:

• The updated policy will be posted on our website with a new effective date
• Significant changes may be communicated through the App or website
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy

CAMERA COURT is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Because all data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers, there are no international data transfers to consider.

Users outside the United States should be aware that this Privacy Policy is governed by United States law, but the local-only nature of data storage means your data remains under your device's physical jurisdiction.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, because CAMERA COURT does not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, these rights are largely not applicable to our App.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
